We stayed 3 nights and had really amazing time. The location was excellent, we could drive to La Montana Roja in about 5 minutes. Enjoyed that it was also adjacent to South Tenerife and withour the crowds...

It has fairly quiet rooms and excellent location next to the ocean and airport. The beds are large, I greatly enjoyed them.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Edificio Playa Chica. The property had an incredible view and quiet rooms. The location was superb, nestled in a great area next to the harbor and close to the main tourist area and the sea. Moreover, it was just a 5-minute walk to Playa el Salado. The staff were all friendly and accommodating.

We recently stayed in apartment no. 3 at Edificio Playa Chica for a few days and had a wonderful time. The apartment was incredibly spacious for the two of us, and the location right over Playa Chica beach was unbeatable. We were impressed by the panoramic sea view from all the rooms, as well as the view of Montana Roja. The apartment was spotless and provided all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable travel cot for our baby. The host was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay here; the lovely balcony in the apartment was a bonus, and it's just a short walk to a bus stop.

The hotel room had a view of the sea, which was really nice, and it was a great starting point for exploring the area.

Could use some upgrades. No views from our apartment, just street view. No English channels. OK and comfy, nothing outstanding. El Medano had a good vibe. Right on the harbour, well connected. Large apartment, excellent situation. Recommended.

The bed was super comfy and the apartment was sparkling clean. I also appreciated the extra blanket and the good selection of pillows. The location was perfect, with the nearest beach just a few meters away. It was also convenient to have local bars, restaurants, and a supermarket on the same road. The bus stop was also just a few meters away, making it easy to explore the entire island.

The Wi-Fi wasn't working well in the main sitting area, which was a major letdown for me. there were some noise issues, especially at night, with people walking by and chatting loudly.

Mind-blowingly clean flat with super comfy bed and amazing kitchen facilities. Jaw-dropping location - just 2 minutes walk from beach and close to shops, pubs, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi, beach towels, and washing up liquid provided. Fantastic facilities including satellite TV and a washing machine. Accessible by lift, and no pets allowed.

We were really impressed with the value for money at this hotel. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the location, right over Playa Chica beach, was fantastic. The staff were friendly and communicative, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The apartment was clean and modern, with all the necessary amenities. the location was convenient, close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. the panoramic sea view from the rooms was absolutely breathtaking and added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape.
